Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zuud ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Zuud is a talent platform that connects companies with pre-vetted candidates from Latin America.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use Zuud only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or misrepresents you or your company. Zuud reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Candidate Data

Candidates on Zuud have consented to share their profile with companies through our platform. Companies receiving candidate information agree to:

• Use candidate data only for the purpose of evaluating them for open roles
• Not share candidate data with third parties without consent
• Delete candidate data upon request
• Comply with applicable data-protection laws

4. Fees and Payment

Zuud operates on a success-based pricing model. Companies only pay when they hire a candidate sourced through Zuud. Specific fees are agreed upon before the relationship begins and are outlined in a separate engagement letter.

5. Confidentiality

Information shared between Zuud and its clients is treated as confidential. Shared reports are PIN-protected, and candidate contact information is only disclosed within the authorized report. Zuud will sign standard NDAs on request.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Zuud — including the Zuud Index scoring methodology, match engine, and platform design — is the intellectual property of Zuud. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written permission.

7. No Employment Relationship

Zuud is a platform that facilitates introductions between companies and candidates. Zuud does not employ the candidates on the platform. Employment relationships are established directly between companies and candidates (with optional payroll and compliance handled by our partner, Deel).

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Zuud makes reasonable efforts to verify candidate information but does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for a specific role. Zuud's liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

9. Changes to Terms

Zuud may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
